Practice of thankfulness and asking

Step 1. Thankfulness: Each person considers the positive aspects of their current life situation (in terms of health, work, family, friends, virtues, etc.). We often overlook or undervalue the positive, since the usual tendency is to focus on the negative. Everyone then gives thanks within them.

Step 2. Asking: In this internal request to improve or get out of a difficult situation, each person imagines the desired transformation and how they would feel in that new, positive situation.
