Retreats and seminars are intended to be "personal workdays" that take more time than the weekly meetings. They can be held either virtually (when communities are geographically dispersed) or in an urban or rural setting (when participants live in the same place).
Seminars and retreats can be considered as separate units, since they do not need to be held in any particular order. On the other hand, each unit in itself is organized with a particular sequence that should be respected.
As for the amount of time needed to develop these themes and practices, only very general estimates are given; each group should adjust the time according their own pace and style of work.
Seminars and retreats differ in duration:
1. Seminars begin and end on the same day . 2. Retreats usually last two days.
